Current Company/Organization
(2015 – Present)

  • Provide strategies, support, and training to department and school staff on effective communication tools and applications that develop and promote engagement between all district stakeholders. 
  • Oversaw the 2020 Michelle Obama School renaming and grand opening celebration; the first virtual grand opening celebration in the district. The events  received attention in local and national mediums, such as CNN, the Associated Press, and The Hill.
  • Led the 2015 and 2019 website redesign projects with extensive training for 50 schools sites, including the district website. 
  • Responsible for building the online web pages that provide support to students and families during distance/online  learning.

Previous Company/Organization
(2010 – 2014)

  • Managed and navigated clients and fans through company websites. Provided daily digital and stream support.
  • Interviewed clients, and produced all articles and E-Blasts for monthly newsletters.
  • Monitored multiple operating systems including the radio satellite, web stream, station transmitters, social media platforms.
  • Collected, analyzed, and compared statistical data and campaign results, provided weekly-organized analytics reports for management, production, and account executives, and researched new opportunities for social interactions with fans and potential clients.
